Allow me before answering your statement to call to your mind that you led me to believe that myself & children the one-half of 1153 acres. My husband so informed me, that he would be to no expense in the matter in case of success or failure and as his widow I accepted such an arrangement. Now you report I have a clean bill to over 200 acres (that is not the one-half!) of that "over 200 acres," means 230 that is not quite the one-fifth of the property; have before me the brief presented by you to Supreme Court, also "Reports of Southern Courts" the latter contains decision of the Supreme Court of over a year ago and to which I was anxious through all my correspondence with you during this time to get some reply: Your answer that a "clean bill to over 200 acres will not satisfy me nor will my children submit to any such a statement. While I know you have been faithful to the interests of the litigants, I can not feel that the insignificant item of 200 acres is our due from 1153 acres. I shall have to call for an accounting as the lawyers of the estate. I will be in your state some time during the year if my health will permit bur during the interim of now and then, I await, as grandson of Julian O. Kelton & Genevive E. Kelton, a complete statement of the case. Respectfully, Mrs. M.A. Kelton
